The Elzetta ZROC Tactical Flashlight Holder Mount features all metal construction with a main body of Mil-Spec Type III Hard Anodized 6061-T6 Aluminum.  All hardware is steel and the flashlight clamp is spring tempered stainless steel.  All components have a corrosion-resistant matte black finish.  The ZROC attaches to Mil-Std 1913 Picatinny Rails in an ergonomic low profile offset position using dual coin-tightened Thumb Nuts for extra holding strength.  The Thumb Nuts may be secured using either safety wire or the included cotter pins.  The ZROC features a Quick-Release Thumb Screw for rapid installation and removal of flashlights without tools and an integrated Picatinny Rail for attaching a laser, navigation light, or other accessory.  The ZROC's gun-hugging offset position, incredible strength, and integral Mil Std 1913 Picatinny Rail make it an offset flashlight mount of unequalled performance.
