Q: Do you ship to the European Union?

A: We ship non-electronic parts, components, and accessories to the EU. Non-electronic parts include: tailcaps, bezels, lenses, bodies, mounts, and accessories. Electronic parts include the AVS head, the HC head, the Bones, and Alpha bodies with integrated head.

Q: Do you ship Internationally? If so, how much to the address below?

A: Our international shipping rate is $39.95 (subject to change, check website cart for current rates) regardless of destination or product price via USPS. That is a flat rate from the postal service with no markup.  Delivery times are usually 6-10 days but can be much longer. We recommend using UPS or FEDEX for a more reliable and, perhaps, faster delivery.

Q: My international shipment has not arrived yet. Tracking information says it is ‘in transit’ at a specific location. Can you find out what the shipping status is for me?

A: Unfortunately, the only information we can find about the current status of a delivery is the information provided by the tracking number. Once the parcel service has picked up your package, it is in their possession and in their control. Some reasons for delays include, but are not limited to:

  1. The package is caught up in customs.
  2. The package is delayed due to busy times like Holiday seasons.
  3. The package is in an area of emergency such as natural disaster or military conflict.
  4. There is a conflict with the delivery address information or the location.
  5. The package may also be lost in transit.

It usually arrives in 6-10 days as normal, 2-4 weeks for most delays, and even 4-6 weeks for some emergency or extreme situation in the delivery area. We ask that you wait patiently until at least the 4-6 week mark, as the package may still arrive. In many cases, the package still arrives after a refund has been issued.

Q: Do you ship to Freight Forwarding Companies?

A: No, we can no longer ship to freight forwarding companies directly from our retail site. We suggest ordering from Amazon US instead.  In many cases, if an order is placed with a Freight Forwarder as the shipping destination it will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Q:  Will you mark my international order as a gift or reduce the actual price paid?

A:  No, doing so is against US and International law.  We cannot mark down or change product prices to circumvent paying import duty fees.

Q:  Will you mark my order as a gift, so the recipient does not see the price paid?

A:  Absolutely but only for domestic orders!

Q:  Do you send tracking information?

A:  Yes we do!  Every time an order ships our system automatically sends the buyer tracking information.

Q:  USPS marked my package as delivered but I still don’t have it.  Can you help?

A:  This is the most common issue we see.  Oftentimes, the delivery folks at USPS will scan a package prior to actual delivery causing the shipment to mysteriously be marked delivered.  Best practice is to wait 1-2 days and it will likely show up at your destination.

Q: Is there any chance of lower international shipping or is that the bottom price?

A: That is the cost for international shipping. We do not upcharge.

Q: Can you deliver your lights to Japan?

A: Yes, we ship to Japan frequently via USPS, which takes about 6-10 business days.
