The push-button of the Elzetta Bravo B143 controls on/off while a simple twist of the Tailcap selects the mode. Screw the Tailcap all the way on for full output or loosen it a bit (anywhere from a few degrees to 1/4 turn) and low-mode is engaged. The mode may be selected whether the Light is on or off. The wide diffuse beam is rated at 850 lumens in ‘High’ with a practical 25 lumens available in ‘Low’. The massive 7/8-inch thick Flood Lens projects a neutral-tint wall-of-light that rivals nature. Two CR123A batteries (included) provide 1.5 hours of runtime. Fully potted electronics, a critical feature rarely found on flashlights outside the Elzetta product line, seal circuit boards and solder joints and lock them in place for insane durability.
